Who receives your request
Goshen Roofing Team is a roofing request website. Its operator receives calls and online requests and may share your request with an independent roofing provider to discuss the work. Sending a form does not book an appointment or establish a contract for roofing work.
Information collected
The form collects your name, callback number, property ZIP code, roofing service, and agreement to a phone call about that request. The lead system also records the submitted page, referral source when available, submission time, browser information, and approximate location or IP information supplied by the hosting service. Do not include payment details or other sensitive information.
Where requests are stored
Requests are processed through the operator's Vercel-hosted lead service, saved in Google Sheets, and sent to the operator through Telegram. If the primary delivery channels fail, an email delivery service may be used as a fallback. Details may be shared with a roofing provider for the purpose of responding to your request.
Phone calls and voicemail
Calls use Twilio. A greeting identifies the website and explains that your message will be recorded before the recording begins. Call records can include the caller number, time, duration, recording, and transcript. These records help the operator review and respond to the request.
Storage and removal
Request details and call records remain in the operator's lead and communication systems while the request and any follow-up are being handled. This website does not automatically erase those records after a fixed period. To ask about your information, request a correction, or request removal, call (845) 378-4954 and leave a message identifying the request. Avoid leaving additional sensitive information.
Cookies and marketing
This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Form details are not stored in browser cookies or local storage. Agreeing to a callback about a roofing request is not consent to unrelated marketing.
